Right - this is just not working - either that or my scales are faulty but I have been really good on low carb and keeping my cals low - and I have PUT ON weight. So depressing. Back to calorie counting for me - at least I know it worked last time!

That is the ONLY thing that works for me! Calories in versus calories out. I feel better physically if I stick to healthy food, but the calories have to be below a certain amount before the weight comes off/stays off. Good luck!

Don't calories just do your head in, at the end of every day there I sit with my calorie count thinking what can I do different tomorrow sometimes drives me crackers lol but I always stick to the same weighing scales as I know how they differ.

Best thing is same set of scales, same place, solid base under them. They might not be accurate but they'll give good, relative readings that way. Low carbs and low calories worked for Jocko and are working for me ... When I stick to it. Best thing for me is honest and accurate recording. Today I did almost double my RDI but it's now there in black and white so if my weigh-in on Tuesday isn't good, I'll know exactly why. Stick with it and good luck, Lulu 👍
