finding the cravings are hard this week.Somedays im fine and others i just want to eat everything i see!!!!

Hey there. My first suggestion to curb your sweet cravings is to get a chromium supplement. Also, if you really feel you need something sweet you might like a good dollop of Greek style yoghurt with cinnamon, vanilla seeds and stevia. Stevia is a natural 0 kcal sweetener that doesn't spike your insulin and cinnamon and vanilla surprised the sweet tooth cravings.
