I have decided to try the Dukan Diet as I only have ten days before i leave for the USA and my Christmas fat is refusing to disappear! So am not weighing in tilll tomorrow as overate yesterday and think the scales might be depressing!

Aw, don't give up. You said yourself you were overeating so you know why you put on 2lbs. Keep focused!
