Sorry Florida Angel re: some comments here. Just a word that LC also includes lots of low carb veggies, I've been on LC before. I support anyone's WOE that is healthy and works for them. I believe it has to be a way of life and not a diet to succeed. Whatever your choice is it has to be sustainable for you forever. For me eating lots of meat and/or LC is not sustainable for me as it makes me nauseous and I don't like meat that much anymore, that's just me not you.

although despite my comment it didnt stop florida from adding a pretty disrespectful vegan comment. you stated " i don't bash people for eating meat" then yet you added in [ ya know tortured animals} as if we didnt understand meat came from animals,you just had to throw in a { } just to make your point

thats ok you guys can keep throwing insults my way pertaining to my physical apperance or lack there of,i commented on this woman's horrible diet, and what do i get insults regarding my sexual preference, and how i am going to be alone forever,even though all i did was comment of the lack of veggies in your diet.thats ok.must be pretty easy to hurl those rocks at my glass house

Alone4ever78, the comment I have is that your comment regarding her "horrible diet" is based on what exactly? A Low Carb diet has been proven, time after time after diet in clinical studies to provide better weightloss over time than any other diet. A Low Carb High Fat diet has been proved to reverse Type II Diabetes, and in conjunction with Intermittent Fasting, reverse Insulin Resistance. The fact that she chooses to eat less veggies is perfectly fine and whether she eats them or not, her plan is a sound diet. "Horrible Diet"...far from it.

Lord help, we are hear to lift and edify, not pull everyone down. Eat and do what is best for "YOU". God made us all different. So ignore the crazy comments. Some of us act like we know everything about nutrition and really don't know squat. That is why we are on this site to begin with. Just saying. We all need help.

I did not see any insults regarding your sexual preference I personally dont judge on that issue. But my question is something is bothering you because you keep coming back to the post. You dont have to if it bothers you let it go.

Hey people go easy on each other we're hear to support each other. We each have to find a plan that works for us and most of us take vitamins to fill any gaps because whatever the food it's nutrition value isn't as good as it was 30 years ago.

I've been know to eat sweetarts to get the ol' insulin response rolling... with a multi-vitamin. :D (Okay, I lied about the vitamin.)

i would say anyone who chooses to omit veggies from their diet is making a grave error based only only the opinion some people don't like the way they taste,most healthy foods don't taste like chocolate cake

What tastes really good is butter....Kerigold Grass Fed Irish Butter, now this can make any veggie taste better, except Brussel Sprouts, nothing can help that nasty thing.

I love butter forget the yucky tasteless margarine full of chemicals. I wish Kerigold was less expensive, it is yummy, I end up with other butter most of the time. LOL I agree on the Brussel Sprouts, odd because I love cabbage I would also add lima beans as nasty. MHO only lots of people love them and they are good for you.
