PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i Am going to do Veganuary!!!!! anybody else?????
I am startng on monday 'cas i still have some salmon in the fridge!!!!!! I am quite excited!!! the plan is to still on 3300kcal a day
macros 150g protein
carb500g
fat80g ,.... I dont think switching to a vegan diet will have a diret impact on the amount on weight im putting a week (0.5lbs) but we'll see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm vegan since 9 years ago but I only do some weight lifting at home 3 times a week. You can have a look at what I eat. Today I'll get 138g of protein (about 2000 cal. total) but 60 of those come from a soy protein isolate and 28g from a 200g piece of tofu. Might be more convenient to reach 3300 calories with a bit more fat than you planned. You don't need luck for a month of veganism. :) I'm looking forward to read how this month will be for you. Have fun!

It would be a good thing for you and for the entire planet. Most experts and health authorities say a well planned vegan diet is suitable for everyone including athletes.

Eating more calories than your body requires on ANY meal plan will cause weight gain. I'm vegan and I certainly feel healthy.
