It’s been a while ….. good few years since I last swam. Pretty pleased with 79 lengths today. Would’ve done more but a gaggle of school kids were about to hit the pool for their lesson so took that as my sign to leave 😊

It’s all about movement and just going half an hr us better than no hr exercise at all so keep it up

Just catching up with things on here! Hectic couple of weeks. Thanks for the support and yes I definitely need to keep this up! Always used to do a lot of swimming …. Could just do with a few more hours in my day !!! xx
