Maybe you are trying to start the day too well. Have a good breakfast then take it from there. Do you count your calories?

To be fair, it's taken me a while to get back into the healthy eating' again. Rather than being super strict, I decided to make some 'better choices' at the start. As an example, instead of gong out and drinking wine all night, I had slimline G&T instead (even after having a somewhat unhealthy but tasty meal). It meant that after a couple of weeks I started losing weight without actually 'dieting' and trying so to speak. Then I was motivated from the little bit of weight loss and making 'better choices' all round became easier.

Ask yourself if you are really hungry and try to find healthy alternatives to substitute some of the foods you have cravings for. Allow yourself an occasional treat, but make sure you take a small portion:) There are lots of things you can do, and I'm sure you already know what to do, but putting theory into practice is always difficult. Don't give up!

Looks like you are way too strict. Even if you're trying to lose weight you still need to enjoy your meals. Do you enjoy your breakfast for example? I'm not sure I would, it doesn't look like the best start to your day to be honest. Calorie counting could be the problem. Doesn't work for everyone, and calories can be cut in the wrong places. I lost a huge amount of weight the first round without counting a single calorie. I had decent meals, didn't really snack much but fitted in the chocolate without any problems. I'm trying to ignore calories now. Don't give up. Just try looking at things a different way for a little while first.

It's only you who is telling yourself that you're a lost cause. Do you have any family or friends who can support you in losing weight? And can you avoid the ones who say, 'Oh, have another bit, it won't harm you.' Also, just don't buy the types of food you binge on and find other things to do in the evening. If you are like me and on a really low budget, there are still things you can do for free. And when you're not wasting money on unhealthy food you can afford to go swimming or to the gym etc. Sorry it's a bit of a lecture, but we all have to change our mindsets, think positively and put in the work to get results. Good luck!

You're not a lost cause. You did it once. You lost 2 and half stone. Were things different then? Different job, different diet etc. You'll work it out I'm sure.
