So i dont usually do this photo thing etc but what the heck, and i still have around 28lbs to lose ( 2st in old money ) ( due to christmas / new years weight . my final goal date is marked as 31/3/24


i do probably have some photos of my previous size ill try to find some ( embarrassing lol )
my final goal weight is 140 lb - 10st 10-11% bodyfat unless my bodyfat is 10-11% at a higher weight

original weight was 231 lbs ( 16st 7lbs ) ( 105 kgs )

52 inch waist

before christmas i was 153 lbs ( 10st 13lbs ) ( 69 kgs )

28 inch waist

ive gained muscular size all over and lost a good portion of bodyfat - im reasonably happy considering im 51 this year ;) . hope you all hit your target weight / fat percentage. stay strong :)
