found the last bits of junk food left after new years today , bag of pop chips . 100% chocolate etc , yammed it all down , its put me over calories for the day but im not really concerned first week back in after a 3 month successful cycle of dieting . ive ended the day around 2700 kcals and burned about 500 through cardio and other exercise so tbh probably under maintenance in all fairness.

Now all the junk food is def gone so tomorrow onwards and upwards ( well technically downwards ) but you know what i mean lol . Take it easy all - stay strong :)

Ive now marked my calendar final goal is 10st ( 63 kg ) im currently around 11 st 11 ( 165 ) after christmas ( i was 10 st 13 pre christmas lol 69 kg ) but honestly until monday i wont know true weight as i need to lose the excess water , glycogen and salt stores from new year . im hoping for around 11 st 7 lb ( 161 ) not too concerned with the christmas weight gain it happens to most people and im not exactly going to be taking my shirt off in this weather to show my abs lol
