hospital? what's going on? sending 🤗🙏 

Hope it's nothing too serious hunni  

I've broken my shoulder and humours bone (not so funny) they are going to keep me in a few days then operate.  

Hope you get better soon! Rest and take it easy.  

Wow, Chesty. Didn't you recently break your wrist too? You must look after yourself. Anyway, you know I always look for the positive, isnt 14 stone less than your target weight?  

Thats right Anne right wrist left arm since the sell of my house fell self go a bit i can"t handle stess stay in hospital will do me good sort myself out a bit 

Good lad. Stress can be a killer so you are quite right to take some time out. Focus on yourself, not the bullsh*t 

So sorry to hear this Chess! Hope you are on the mend soon and that you find some ways to cope with the stressful time you're having. I know it's not easy. Sending you lots of positive energy! x 

Oh Chess! I hope you're not too uncomfortable, you've been through the mill a bit lately. Rest up (as much as you can in hospital) and as Anne said focus on You. Hope the op and recovery goes well x 

Definitely got a lot to deal with this year. Hope you feel in right place and that you are looked after. Hope you mange to feel better soon.
