First week done. This is a big change from previous efforts for two reasons. First, I'm not able to exercise the way I used to although I am going to try to remedy that. Secondly, I've been asked to try a keto diet as an aid to losing weight. I'm actually finding it less difficult than I thought I would but it's a bit extreme, targeting only 5% of calories from carbohydrates. not for there yet but I do find I feel sated pretty quickly so I'm not eating excessively. For now. I would emphasise that this is an extreme diet that I wouldn't be trying without medical support and supervision.

Well done! It's not always easy to find the motivation to start again. Take it at your own pace, find what works for you.

I understand how u feel …. But no keto unfortunately it didn’t work for me am trying fasting 18 hours On 1000 cal diet early days but seems to work for me having said that exercise is something I struggle with no gym will take me on due to medical condition disability so I go for 20 mins walking with walking stick … so I know how it feels when things are challenging best of luck darling x
