weight after refeed , had around 3000 kcal so not the usual 5000 . reasonable nights sleep. still have doms in my legs from fridays extremely hard leg training . 1600 - 1700 kcal goal today . upper body then couple of miles gentle walking . Looking forward to holiday next week.
73.3 kg Lost so far: 31.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
