weight back down 1 day after my 5000 kcal cheat day . felt quite hungry today so started the day with 1400 kcal breakfast, im training in around 4 hours time heavy leg day. i wish id had a slightly smaller first meal as now i only had roughly 600 kcals left for the rest of the day most of which needs to be protein .

used a large mug of acv to down supps
2xecdysterone
2xshilajit
3xashwaghanda ksm66
zinc and magnesium
green tea extract

kind of rattle when i walk ;)
