Happy Monday everyone! Trying to psych myself up for this week. At least I know that it can't possibly be worse than last week. Although, that's what I thought each day last week, but then the next was worse.

But I'm ready to tackle this week head-on. Had a delicious spinach protein smoothie for breakfast and a great morning workout.

The trainer at my gym this morning had written this on the board, and it really resonated with me:

"Not everything can be accomplished in a day, but anything can be done with persistence."

I teach guitar and I sometimes get students who want to be rocking ACDC or something by the time the first lesson ends. Somehow they don't understand how guitar can actually be harder than 'Guitar Hero'. Oy! How can I say this. Girls tend to be more realistic?
