Oh my. Feeling very FAT. Thought i would allow myself a couple of days off before getting back into the diet. But instead of enjoying it I feel greedy and uncomfortable animal :0( its horrible - I hate this feeling. So - back on the straight and narrow tomorrow no matter what..... I am off to the US again on 3rd October and this time I AM going to get down to 10 stone!!!

best of luck , i hope you get to your goal weight . Ive had those "I will start fresh on Monday" times myself and pigged out over the weekend - you never feel better.I'm sure you can do it :)

Hope you had a great time. You have a few weeks to get sorted out before you go back. Nice one! PS I am in the dieting doldrums at the moment too.
