Woke at 235.5, the same as yesterday afternoon's pre-dinner weigh-in. I will try the fasting-mimicking diet for the rest of the month. UPDATE: Down to 234.4 before lunch. UPDATE 2: Got to 233.4 by dinnertime. UPDATE 3: Shaved off a few more ounces of water weight and was 232.8 by 9 pm.
