Festival of green! Asparagus and pesto omelette and salad. I am trying to cut down on salt and I did miss it in this dish, thank goodness I had some pickled onions left. 💚💖

Beautiful! I'm trying to learn to go with less salt myself. I go back and forth on it, because wow, does a bit of salt make eggs and avocado tastier

Writingwyo you’re right, some dishes really appreciate the salt. I barely eat processed so at least cutting down is as simple as sprinkling less on myself. I find adding acid or spice helps.
