I'm still working more than I'd like and doing more walks and less runs. I finally ran yesterday and could tell that my weight was up which I confirmed on the scale this morning, it is 136.something but I don't remember the last digit so I'm not logging it today. However I am posting it here to keep myself accountable. I got out the food scale from the shelf and put it in a more prominent place to encourage myself to use it because it has been hard to get back into it after reaching my goal weight. My fiancé is making some food now and I will be careful not to eat too much of it until lunch since I already had a piece of toast, yum. My new dog is warming up to us and getting more comfortable. I think he's still afraid of our kitten lol. I guess Fidget is not a kitten anymore since he has passed one year old but he is still quite mischievous and stalker-y which I'm sure is what scares Squishy. Anyway have a great day FS family.
