Out to B&Q at 9 then Sainsbury's shopping so no breakfast. Bought new omlette pan and had cheese omlette for lunch. Got lots of fresh vegetables.

I eat lots of veg. Luckily I love it. I have a smallish portion of whatever I am having for tea then pile my plate high with veg so it looks like you are getting loads. I am enjoying steamed winter greens from Markies with a chilli salsa dressing these days.

Cooked most of the day. Lots of soup, grated carrot and courgette, cauliflower rice. Had a silly row with hubbie and nearly resorted to emotional eating - decided just to keep out of his way till I got over it. 42 years married and I knew what he was like before we married so it's my own fault, he was just behaving like a man!
