Hi I did not count the calories🥺just enjoyed the meal 🥘 it was Sunday I couldn’t be bothered needed a day off but it was great.
The meal was Curry Mutton and Rice and peas with broccoli 🥦

Hi you need to wash the mutton and then season the mutton with black pepper, curry powder, garlic, and then once you have done it would be best to leave it over night in the fridge if not possible then a couple of hours.
Put some oil in cooking pot Dutch pot if you have one once it’s hot add the mutton and some boiled water not to much and leave to simmer for about 3 hours keep adding water and keep an eye on it then once it is tender add the sliced onions thyme butter bean optional a knob of butter and 2oxo cubes the beef ones leave to simmer for a further 45 mins or to your preference so that the gravy can thicken also had the spring onions.
