I’m disappointed that I didn’t exercise today. I went to church at the time I would normally exercise in part to talk to the minister about having my wedding there. I am also thinking of joining this particular church, but I was not raised in church and I honestly don’t know how to squeeze it in along with exercise and five million other things to do. Daylight savings time did not help me find time to exercise. I did do a half an hour of yard work but not much else active. I hope I can get my healthy habits back in place soon. In better news I have been eating more fruits and vegetables. Have a great evening FS fam!

I was off all day due to DST. It sounds like you got some important things taken care of. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. That's exciting! Great that you see a positive difference with fruits and vegetables. I know it can be hard to get enough of them when I'm busy. 😊

Thanks guys! My fiancé is responsible for me eating more fruits and veggies, and for the yard work for that matter… but I’m still happy to be eating better. Maybe I can go bike riding later. Hope y’all have a great day!
