What is that straight line coming down from the clouds - since airplanes usually do not like to go straight down like that - at such a short distance from the earth - What is that line ?

Jergens I was wondering that too. We do have a neighbor who has a little flying jet pack thing - I forgot what it’s called- so I was thinking it was from that.
