Nadiaa, I call it 'fine tuning' Every now and again I like to get pin sharp. Just to prove to myself I can still do it. I also like to know that every single item in my wardrobe will fit and look good.................including my leather trousers!! Remember them, guys??!!

Anne I’ve not read all the below too many lol but don’t know if someone may have already explained this. When I increase my weights my body weight adds a couple of pounds it’s due to the micro tears and inflammation it’s the first part of the healing process to damaged muscle fibers by retaining water you given your own answer just not seen it by lifting an extra day it’s temporary it will drop down again. Hope this helps 😘

What???!!! You haven't read ALL my comments, Mankind..........Lol. You explained that very clearly............ I didn't think that muscle would grow that quickly and affect the weight BUT the inflammation and healing process will. Got it.

I do love my clothes, Nads. So I hate it when they don't fit.

Hahaha sorry. You know as well as I do that to add even a pound of muscle takes some doing after losing the water and extra fat your lucky if your left with even 30% of that to be muscle but on the plus side you know it’s working when you do get muscle fiber damage.
