To Anne : It is a very healthy bread, high in protein and low in carbohydrates, its name is Hi-Lo, the packaging is green and I usually find it in Sainsbury's ☺️

I will look out for that. I usually have Hovis Nimble Wholemeal for its low calories (50) but I miss seeded bread. The high protein/low carb is a good trade off
