Need to fit in exercise today, gym day tomorrow. Also a lower calorie and fat day, due to the last 2 days.
Clean the frig and organize food for the week day, lots of fresh veggies to use. Today is a catch up day, also cleaning day. I want to get most of the rest of my kitchen super cleaned before my vacation week starts next sat. Weather is supposed to effect again today so some time outside, of course. Wish all day but....
Looking forward to a week off. Taking 5 of the grandkids on a river canoe trip on 7/31. Looking for another adventure for the next day. Should be a fun couple of days. Taking a cue from Bella, will try to work a short one of my own in. I do have some business things I need to get done Monday that are impossible to do on a work day.
Will make some white bread today, using a high protein flour. Tomatoes are getting ripe, my store had their good bacon, cucumbers are ripe. Time for BLT's I add cucumbers to mine, yummy!! They just aren't the same on whole wheat.
This is my mostly play vacation week. Have another week in September, that will be a work on house projects week. Love having 4 weeks vacation.
