Took a while to get out of bed this morning, but then I did:
Caroline Girvan - CALISTHENICS UPPER BODY & CORE WORKOUT - Bodyweight Only | Day Two

Arms are a bit shaky now and it's very lucky that I didn't drop my giant tub of protein powder on the kitchen floor. Keeping it above the cupboard might not be such a great idea.

I had to modify lots again, but got a good sweat going. I'm fresh out of the shower now and will enjoy my protein oats, granola and soya yogurt before work. Increasing protein is going well so far this week. Went over calories yesterday though, but will try to reel it in for the rest of the week.

I'm making macaroni cheese for dinner so will be interesting to see if I can keep that within bounds. Hubby requested Linda McCartney Vegetarian Sausages to be used instead of the bacon I would have used before we stopped eating meat - 3 years ago this month actually. I would have it just as is without any meat replacement, but we'll give it a go - as I'm trying to increase protein intake as well.

Work has gotten a bit busy with lots of annoying little things along with an on-going project that I just want to get on with, but it'll all get done eventually. Will try not to stress about it too much.

Got a message from an old friend who now lives in Australia this week whom I haven't chatted to since earlier this year and just thought it might be time to close that chapter. Nice to be in contact again especially after the isolation I've been feeling lately. There are other people I want to reach out to as well, but I just feel so anxious these days. A while ago it took me almost three weeks to do a videochat with a friend and I also postponed another chat with my cousin. Thankfully they are understanding and my two sisters know how aloof I can be too. Hopefully I'll get around it (or through it) soon and hoping it won't be too late.

Hope everyone's having a lovely week so far! xxx

Kettlebells sounds good 19J! Yes, Caroline is a great motivator. I'm so grateful that LaughingChevre - here on FS - told me about her.
