So happy I managed to run today. I’d been walking for some time during the various lockdowns and it was the only exercise I’d been doing consistently after more or less jacking karate in when it moved to Zoom.
I went back to karate but just once a week, 4 weeks ago and today half way round my walk I decided to run and just keep going. I compared it to when I’ve done that same walk and I took 25 minutes off my time and feel so good for it 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
