hi Everyone, are you all good? I am good, but my day at work could of been better. my work colleague was very moody and snapped in front. of the customer. so it made her look stupid and very unprofessional so not good. Still the rest of my day was good. 11,294 steps done. resting now and for those I know I'm watching Emmerdale a British soap. Still I've watched it from about 1970 when it first started. so old habits dye hard. Still it's not food.🤣😅😂. take care all of you. love Merry Mel.
