today, a mixed bag of me. one of the woman I worked with today said oh, Mel you've lost a lot of weight, I laughed and said that I've put on half a stone. the other woman said Mel you are all skinny and bine, you are 63 enjoy life and eat. Well I do eg breakfast porridge mixed with plane yoghurt, chocolate milk. Lunch a wrap and fruit. tonight fish , she then said see all healthy food. nothing fatty. so question is which way do I bat? old fat and frumpy, or young slim and healthy? you decide. merry Mel.
