Fridge clearing exercise before settling down to watch the Rugby come on you lions.
Used my home portable home sauna for the 1st in three months, 30 min session ! And went for a little walk this morning need to build it up gradually.
Orange peppers, cucumber,tomatoes, olives,natural cottage cheese,mackerel and a splattering of EVOO!
99.3 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Go down the supermarket buy yourself one and a accompaniment and send me the bill💷

Maybe that's the problem, Suma, you eat not often so are always too hungry when you do eat. You should try have more meals and see how your hunger goes throughout the day...

I usually have an 8-10 hour eating window, so difficult to eat more often. Chestnut, I'm heading to fortnum and mason...bill to follow🤣🤣

I never leave more than 3/4 h between each meal or nothing will satisfy me properly

Piggy after being naughty for the last three months I got to get back into things gently 1st thing sauna in the morning say 30 mins then a gentle walk say 30 mins ,plan to increase walking gradually
