I had a cracking hangover over the weekend. Interested to know if you track the calories consumed from the drinks?

@clair, I always mean to track them but never do - I figure it's good to give myself the time off and just let loose. Plus I tend to drink gin and tonics, so it's relatively low cal :)

I do and it is a shocking amount of calories, then some, what with the alcohol related snacking. I only drink gin and slimline tonic now and stop at 3.
