1 meal a day doesnt mean you need to eat bland tasteless foods. This is my left over medley. Homemade: daal, Bolegnese, chicoen curry. soinach and feta salad. 2 eggs. Eating like medicine when only 28days ago i was eating like it was a sport.

are you fasting? if not, what is the benefit of eating one meal a day, as I can see that could probably be split up over the day as 2-4 meals.

Hi Yasmine. To put it bluntly, engaging the digestive system for a shorter period of time during a 24hour day means. What this means is for the 23hours of not eating, 5he body is grasping my fat oversized obese lumps for fuel. In essence. Coupled with the fact I am not eating any form of manmade carb or refined sugar. My body therefore has close to bill glycogen.for fuel, the body then resorts to using my fat rolls for energy by gluconeogenesis (converting excess protein into glucose, some of it comes from glycoral part of the triglycoral molecule, this glycoral becomes the backbone of glucose.. a closed loop if you would.) In turn I'm trying to cute my morbid obesity. Basically my body is now using body fat for energy to fuel my muscles. The 3 meals a day concept is outdated

I'm not fasting. I'm merely eating in one segment in the day, typically at around 4pm. Couple with intense training of 90mins a day everyday. I'm melting fat and increasing muscle. Again I'm a fat obese glutinous man, and this works. It's not a diet, it's not a fad, it's biochemistry applied. No it's not sustainable, but once I've lost my chub change, I can look to bring back some carbs and minimal sugars (sugars are worse then crack cocaine with the dopamine high that goes off in the brain, the very reason I became obese.) Comprehension over nonsensical fads and dross works for me. 26lbs of fat loss in 28 days says it all, and I'm not done yet 😜

Someone here recommended Dr Berg YouTube channel to me. He explains the iF theory very well, including the one meal a day concept. (Not that you didn't explain well, Dillade!)
