First week in many that I've stuck to my calorie goal - thanks to the Easter Weight Loss Bonanza Challenge! This week I'm lowering to 1800 daily average (still want to make it achievable).
It will be a bit tough as we're eating out on Wednesday - and on Friday night we'll have a 'girls night in' with a cousin I haven't seen for years so tracking will be challenging, but I'll do my best. Might do some intermittent fasting to help on those days.
Will aim for 180 minutes total of exercise again. Still feeling a bit sore from Saturday's workouts so I'll wait till tomorrow to do leg day.
Good luck for week two to everyone doing the challenge! Not sure which day everyone is weighing in, but I'm keeping mine on Fridays - so last Friday there was no change, but I'm hopeful for this week.
