Hello Fresh Roasted aubergine and courgette linguine.....far too much leftover!...it would prob do me 5 meals!

Ah thankyou! It has been quite up and down...and back and forth...but a tiny bit of exercise and a smaller plate started my journey! We all have it in us...just have to believe in ourselves and be patient with our natural fluctuations. Good luck on your journey.
