I don't eat too many luckily as I prefer berries and other fruit more but haven't had a banana for ages so when I searched it for my diary I was surprised lol! I don't know much about potassium levels really? Do you have to be careful?

I only have bananas when I am on top of my game. Mashed up on toast as a treat after a swim. (pre covid)
