How did I not know that bananas are 105 cals....wow! better not eat too many!

I have to limit my intake too.... my potassium levels got a bit high with one a day.

Works best for the people who don't eat/have time for breakfast. Actually very easy to keep you until lunch 😊

I don't eat too many luckily as I prefer berries and other fruit more but haven't had a banana for ages so when I searched it for my diary I was surprised lol! I don't know much about potassium levels really? Do you have to be careful?

I only have bananas when I am on top of my game. Mashed up on toast as a treat after a swim. (pre covid)
