I hope you don't think I am being rude to you but I think you would benefit from doing some core strengthening exercises. Sometimes what appears to be fat isn't. It is actually the organs of the torso requiring more support particularly from the transverse abdominal muscle.

Oh, I am glad you are not offended! You look like you have got rid of most of the belly fat and just need some fine-tuning! Core muscles are the muscles of your abdomen, back, and pelvis and they form the basis of most of our movements and posture. But they also act as a kind of girdle to keep our organs in place and everything upright. There are loads of exercises online. Start with beginners and take it slow. The most well known is The Plank.

No, not offended at all. Glad to get some feedback actually.
I'm downloading some apps to do some core exercise. I've done some abdominal ones but I couldn't see much difference.
I still have 7kg to lose to reach my target weight. So I'll do both. Keep fasting and do some core exercises.
Thank you :)

Years ago part of my job was to do posture analysis (that has probably got a fancy new name now) Old habits die hard!

Excellent! Abdominal exercises are great but are superficial. Core exercises hit deeper and build a great foundation. You will notice quite a difference with 7 more kilos off.
