Made Japanese Gyudon beef tonight. A nice end to the day

Pretty healthy, high protein. One egg, 250g of lean thinly sliced steak, 200g of onion and some garlic. Sauce is Teaspoon of light soy, dark soy, oyster sauce, salt, msg and cornstarch mixed. Add a cup of stock when everything is fried off then reduce. Serve with 100g of rice. Nice dish, you can have a try later 😜

Sounds delicious! I was thinking it looks like it would work well with mushrooms 😋 I’ll have to give it a go!
