Home made turkey burgers. Made a batch of twelve and have frozen the rest. I must remember only to have one burger next time as they were so filling. To keep the burgers juicy, I added finely chopped mushroom and diced onion which I cooked before adding to the turkey mince with seasoning, sage, thyme and rosemary bound with egg.

Mmm Gypsy - that looks wonderful! Giving me ideas! As for Chestnut's comment - I always say 'I am as young as the man I feel' but my hubby is 5 years older than me so that isn't much help!!

Chris are you trying to get me in trouble again most of the ladies on here are beautiful and young and I would never ask a lady her age🤪

Chestnut you dont need me to get you into trouble, you are quite capable of digging holes for yourself.... Thanks for the ingredient list Gypsy - roughly what I would use and I am going to try that out as I love burgers and keep trying to avoid too many of them. Good idea with the onion to season and the mushrooms to keep them moist as turkey can dry out very easily when cooked.....
