I LOVE CARROT CAKE and buying it when I stopped in at PUBLIX is why I HAVE TO BE ON A STRICT DIET NOW. THAT IS DEFINITELY PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK...I use to be a model in NYC and Atlanta...and I started my diet (COULDN'T BELIEVE 194#) and I am down 20#. I try to LOSE...I don't mean water weight or excuses at least 5# a month and that way I won't go nuts and put it back on by going on some binge.

flour eggs milk, cream cheese are common breakfast ingredients. Bonus- you added carrot and walnuts!
