Broth is not a meal, Pauly. 🙄 I've been at work, I live there now. Have just been coming home to nap, shower and get a fresh change of clothes.
I forgot to weigh myself, too, this week, so now I'm waiting for this week to pass and do 2in1.

I think we passed the exploiting part a fortnight ago🤔. I can't be sure, it has all blended into one very long working day.
I have a Magic Ingredient for weight loss too, that doesn't involve broth and with kale, of all things. Lol. Best way to cook kale is with coconut oil in a wok. Why, you ask? Because that makes it easier to scrape it into the bin when done...
