So I ate 1351 calories yesterday, which would be okay if I had exercised, but I did not. Maybe some exercise today will help. The scale shows an annoying gain again. I ate too much sugar, and according to my research, too many WW points (Not on WW, but mildly curious about it lately). I'll try to do better today. I have dishes and shopping to do that will help me eat better. Have a great day, buddies!

Wow, what a fantastic chart, excellent job Cindylynn! You could be at your goal tomorrow or the day after but, you are obviously not in a hurry and are more concerned with consistency and steady progress. The way you are approaching your goal on the chart looks like an experienced pilot descending for a perfectly smooth landing on the runway. Keep it up and, as always, thanks for your support! :-)

Not every day can be a perfect balance between the eating and exercising! No worries. I'm sure you'll even things out. Your chart still looks great!
