My weight is not down to what it shows on the chart but not as high as it was yesterday. It is helping me to look at the food diary and see where I can do better. Its also reminding me to exercise. Yesterday I tried an experiment: could I get by with only 365 calories for breakfast? No. I got really emotional and had a fight with poor innocent Chuck. More food for me this morning. :) And exercise too!
