Good boy this week.. Maybe too low?

Didn't result in a loss, maybe pushed meself into starvation gain mode? 🤔

This is way too low. You're eating like a 4"7 woman on a diet. Very naughty, you'll end up going into starvation mode.

I wouldn't go below 1500, just my opinion though

Starvation mode does not exist. But you’re eating way, way too little anyway. Eating so far below your TDEE minus the deficit for a sensible rate of weight loss, depending on your current weight and target weight will result in the loss of lean mass (muscle). Your heart is a muscle.

That way too low, especially if you don’t want your body eating away at your muscle! Try around 1600 as the lowest point you want to be at while eating a decent amount of protein ( at least 1g of protein per 1kg of body weight) . Don’t be too hard on yourself x
