Restarting my journey! Put on half a stone but I’m now determined to lose it in a healthy way! Any tips for sugar and sweet cravings at night would be amazing!! X

Naked Bars (Peanut delight is my favourite)👌🏽 also oatmeal pancake good option with almond/peanut butter.

A spoonful of sweet freedom or sweet freedom hot chocolate with reduced sugar marshmallows. Sweet freedom totally kept me away from the more calorific chocolate but took care of the craving!

I have microwave popcorn each bag 128 calories and you get a big bowl of it 😋 literally eating some now 🤣
