Larry Longlegs, my mad Lurcher and myself did a 13 mile cross country trog this morning. Good? NO! I got hay fever half way through but carried on, eyes streaming, nose running, oh the deprivation 😂 everyone I bumped into ran a mile. Thinking I had covid

hellsbells, I usually do the same. It’s 6.5 miles to Dunbar from my hoose and usually get the bus back. Today due to boredom and a desire to wear my mad Lurcher pup we walked there and back, didn’t take any money in I got tempted to bus it home. Dog is still asleep 😂 bliss!

That made me laugh. But well done you! I couldn't even run round the corner.

Mickysweet, it was a slow donder, the only time I move quickly is when they call last orders at the bar! Lightning quick then 😂🥃🍻🍺

Are dogs meant to he walking this far? Isn't it bad for their joints?

Tania I was a RAF policeman for 15 yrs, 7 yrs off that I was QPD which stands for qualified police dog handler. I can assure you this walk is a doddle to a 1 yr old Lurcher, he could run it and not be out off breath. What is bad for a dogs joints and of course humans is being cooped up not getting enough exercise and constantly eating. So as much as I can’t be bothered sometimes I make the effort and exercise him and myself. Thanks for your concern about Larry Longlegs but he really couldn’t have a better home.

Hi Andy, my definition of the RAF,,,, a string of flying clubs held together by admin,,,,, a giant machine for turning beer into urine! I was a shit copper, I’d rather get get pissed with the lads. They used to call me the blue light taxi, I’d give the lads a lift into St Andrews and alike in my polis Landy 😝 what trade where you?

Hi sleekbeach, yes the pollen was extremely high, didn’t help that most of the journey was through fields of high grass and corn. Doh!!! 🤧🤧🤪
