Just stay with it, sometimes it's take a little while to kick in, but it will. I found a few brisk walks helped me 🙂

Took time for me, 3 weeks of eating better for me and my weight goes up and down with the heat, hormones, anything salty... Also scales don't always reflect progress. My body shape is changing even though there is no dramatic change on the scales 😉

I have to be patient i guess.🤣

not to be proana, but i never do the recommended calorie intake. lower it down to 750, exercise, fast, and drink loads of water! also, cutting out dairy (especially milk and cheese is great). as a diabetic, i know it is hard to cut out cheese since it is 0 carbs, but it is so fattening and normally 50 cals per slice.

Thanks that sounds like it should do the trick, but i wanna loose weight not die 🤣i won't be able to manage on 700 kal.🙄

I eat less than 1550. I would say 1100 average.

That 1100kcal could be the reason you're not losing anything. Your body will think it's starving and keep everything you give it. Have a decent meal now and again, that should kick start the loss paired with proper water intake. Surviving on 750 is insane, you'll lose weight quickly but it will be from muscle, very unhealthy.

Hey aaddreea, I have osteoporosis in my left knee and permanent ankle pain in my right ankle due to a botched operation a couple of years ago. I joined the group on the 12th of May, I started counting steps and for 30 minutes and I've managed to build up to 90 minutes, yes, I'm in pain but feel so much better for it and as the saying goes "No pain, no gain", good luck 🤞

1550 kcal - how did you come to this amount? Did you work out your calorific needs based on your weight, height, age and lifestyle? And did you enter the foods correctly? eg people make mistakes using 100ml of coke as a can of coke which is 3.3 x as much. And some foods are wrongly entered on fat secret so you must always check with the labels until you build up your personal favourites that you can trust. Have you logged in everything? even a bite of food before you served yourself? a late night snack? the odd biscuit? Did you measure the sugar and fat with level teaspoons?

calorific needs based on my weight, height, age and lifestyle.70 kgs /167 cm/32 yo and sedentary.maybe i did it wrong..in regards to keeping track of foods and such i think i did ok. I don't drink any fizzy drinks or juices apqrt from fresh grepfruit juice and it s rarely .i don't eat much added sugar anyway,i get all my sugar from fruits.if i snack on 1 strawberry i add it on (as 1 hole strawberry). If for example i am not sure of the quantity of food i add more than i ate just so i don't go over...if that makes any sense. Also i don't eat biscuits or chocolate or crisps...usually...day to day life.if tge item i am about to eat or drink has a bar code iscan it for cal info. Hopefully i ll see results later on..
