Today is going to be a tough day, I live by the coast with lots of great food, and I've got family and friends visiting, so it's eating out for breakfast and for dinner...... And I've got to do this under 1300 cals! I hope I can do it!!!

It went OK, I had a late lunch, so I've skipped dinner so I don't go over my calaroies! It's so hard eating out now 🥴

That’s the best way of doing it. Well done 👍🏼😊 next time try see what’s on the menu online so you can add up your calories before hand. Like tomorrow I’m off to pretz and have looked at what they do and have decided to go with feta red pepper omelette. Xx

Bex where on the Coast do you live, I live by the Coast it is nice to go for walks along the seafront.
