I am contemplating not weighing in this week and allowing myself a week to fix this one, work has been off the scale busy, food has been whatever is there and my birthday meant cake was there, and no I have stopped to take a breath I am going out for a birthday meal, no more excuses after this, (next week will still be mad busy but there shouldn't be so much available cake).
