About an hour after I had my smoothie I became very hungry. I think that replacing the egg with the banana made it too sugary. I ate a tostada to curb hunger. So the all fruit day is going to have too be modified to keep blood sugar steady in the future.

I am making good progress on diet. My clothes are becoming looser. I am excited to weigh in on Sunday.
