Yesterday some of my family came by about dinnertime. bought in takeaways. I had a chip butty a small taste of pizza , a cup of chow mein, and a small piece of apple tart 900 cals. I can taste the fat in my mouth this morning and still feel uncomfortable. so only fruit and water this morning.
